The My CHI. My Future. Community Anchor Organizations program funds community based organizations to cultivate neighborhood networks of stakeholders to support youth in their communities. From 2023-24, networks in the communities below created community plans outlining solutions to gaps in youth opportunities they identified through data collection and stakeholder input.
